Fish Broth

500 g bones from a flatfish (remove gills and eyes if the head is used)
2 onions (peeled)
1 carrot
1 bay leaf
3 corns of pepper
leek
1 lemon (peeled)
0.5 dl white wine vinegar
2.5 dl cold water

Put into a pan and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Leave for 10-15 minutes. Sift. Do not stir.
Put the broth into another pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
