Garlic Bread

1 recipe White Bread
60 g soft butter
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp parsley

Chop the parsley and the garlic and mix with the butter. Divide the White Bread recipe into four equal parts and shape into long, thin rolls. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Make a deep cut along the top of each roll, fill it with garlic butter and close well so that the bread doesn’t open up during baking. Bake at 200-210°C for 13-20 minutes or until the crust looks crispy.
