White Bread
5 dl lukewarm water
5 tbsp dried yeast
1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp oil
½ tbsp salt
1 kg flour
Method:
Mix the ingredients together in the above order. Knead well, then leave the dough to rise for 60 minutes. Knock back (punch down) and shape into loaves or rolls. Again, leave the dough to rise for 40 minutes, sprinkling it with warm water every 5 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 13-20 minutes.
Note that you can add e.g. blue cheese, pesto, garlic purée, sun dried tomatoes, etc. while kneading.
